Womb Wisdom sessions   5th October 2019, 4.30 - 6.30pm, Trika Yoga Bristol  Join me and the soulful  Isabella Lilly  for our Womb Wisdom sessions at  Trika Yoga . We will reconnect with our heart and womb space through guided meditation, gentle yoga, journaling, and sound relaxation practices. There will also be a sharing circle with tea and chocolate to finish.  Opening yourself up to your heart and your womb allows you to connect with your own depth of female wisdom. The workshop will open you up to a deeper internal connection and leave you with practices you can start to introduce into your life.  This is a two part workshop, the first is all about establishing a greater connection and the second is releasing and moving blockages.  Come and join the sisterhood for these peaceful and potent sessions, tapping back into our intuition and stepping back into our innate power as women. Tickets available via  Trika Yoga .

Gentle Restorative Flow   Thursdays, 8.30 - 9.30pm, Trika Yoga  Come join me for a lovely slow flow, easing out the kinks of the body and the day so far, before surrendering into bolsters and blankets. Long held poses are a wonderful way to come home to yourself, helping to quieten the mind and make more space for your soul to breathe.  Book via  Trika Yoga.

Come join me for a lovely slow flow, easing out the kinks of the body and the day so far, before surrendering into bolsters and blankets. Long held poses are a wonderful way to come home to yourself, helping to quieten the mind and make more space for your soul to breathe.

Restorative Yoga   Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.30pm, Breathe Bristol  Let it all go in this yummy restorative class. Think hugging bolsters, calming sounds and soothing light as you’re guided into deeper states of relaxation. Rest is radical as the stillness sparks deep inner listening, allowing us to better understand ourselves and connect with the world around us with more presence and compassion.
