Root to Rise: Forest Bathing and Mindfulness sessions   Sunday 28th July, 2pm - 4pm, Leigh Woods Bristol  Join us for this lovely mindfulness session in the woods: we'll be starting with a silent walk to soak in our surroundings, practicing some gentle yoga and finding a moment of peace among the trees. We’ll then share a cup of tea together and head back to reality feeling calmer, more grounded and ready to step back into our power.  This is suitable for total beginners (and more experienced meditators/yogis too!)  To book, click  here  or contact me directly if you are unwaged/low income.

Gentle Restorative Flow   Thursdays, 8.30 - 9.30pm, Trika Yoga  Come join me for a lovely slow flow, easing out the kinks of the body and the day so far, before surrendering into bolsters and blankets. Long held poses are a wonderful way to come home to yourself, helping to quieten the mind and make more space for your soul to breathe.  Book via  Trika Yoga.
